FREE Shipping for Orders Over $100: is now offering FREE shipping on orders over $100.00. US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Mexico orders only. Simply shop the site as usual and FREE shipping will be provided at checkout if your order is over $100 and within the US, Mexico, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Policy Domestic Shipping:

All of our orders are usually shipped via the United States Postal Service or Fedex Ground. Please allow up to 1-3 days for the processing of your order, however most orders leave the same day.

These rates are for the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico only. All orders outside the US will be shipped via USPS.

2 Day Air $20.95
Next Day Air $31.95

These are flat rates, regardless of order size.

***Orders with Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Air shipping must be placed by 11:00 a.m.. Air orders usually ship same day if they are placed before 11:00 a.m.. If they are not placed by 11:00 a.m., they may not ship until the next business day (i.e. an order placed at 2:00 p.m. will not ship until the next business day). We are not open on the weekend so Air orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until the next business day.

All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status.  Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number.  Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.  Standard delivery time for most orders is 3-6 business days.

You can rest assured that your card number is safe and secure. During checkout you should see on the top of the screen right next to the address bar; a pad lock that lets you know that you are on a secure website. If you do not see this lock, do not proceed with your checkout and give us a call immediately at 386-294-1049.

**If you still do not feel safe, you are more than welcome to call and give us your card number over the phone. (We do not keep your card number. After the number has been processed, it is shredded.)**

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Also keep in mind that we must have the card number, expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the signature line; this is the security code. You will also be asked for both your billing and shipping addresses. If the billing address does not match the card billing information or if all of the card information is not correct, your order will not go through.

For our International customers; we prefer that you let us invoice you via PayPal once you have completed your order on our site or that you fax your order and credit card information to us at 1-386-294-3495. Please do not email any card information for your security.

International Shipping:

Orders shipped to international destinations will be charged according to weight and method of shipment. This does not apply to Canada, Mexico or Puerto Rico; as they are shipped domestically. You can check out directly on the website by choosing “This Option is required for all International Customers” on the checkout page just underneath the order total. Yes! You simply enter your billing/shipping information along with your card information and then select Place Order at the bottom of the page.
