BassAssassin.com is now offering FREE shipping on orders over $49.99- US orders only. Simply shop the site as usual and FREE shipping will be provided at checkout if your order is over $49.99 and within the US.

Shipping Policy Domestic Shipping: All of our orders are usually shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 1-3 days for the processing of your order, however most orders leave the same day.

Shipping Method Rate:
Standard Ground $15.00

This is a flat rate, regardless of order size unless over the specified amount to qualify for free shipping.

 

International Shipping:

Orders shipped to international destinations will be charged a flat rate of $30.00 USD. You can check out directly on the website by inputting your billing and shipping destination on the checkout page. All orders outside the US will be shipped via USPS. Please contact customer service if you are having difficulty with placing an international order at orders@bassassassin.com.

 

Backorders:

We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, quantities may run out from time to time. If an item is out of stock the out of stock item total will be refunded back to the original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original package. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip or you must have a return authorization directly from us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable and you are responsible for returning the item at your cost.

 

Damages:

All claims for concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to our customer service department. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner and we will do our best to make you happy.
