Shipping, Handling & Refunds

FREE Shipping for Orders Over $49.99:
bassassassin.com offers FREE shipping on orders over $49.99- US orders only. Simply shop the site as usual and FREE shipping will be provided at checkout if your order is over $49.99 and within the US.
Shipping Policy Domestic Shipping: All of our orders are usually shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 1-3 days for the processing of your order. However, most orders leave on the same day.
Shipping Method Rate:
Standard Ground $15.00
This is a flat rate, regardless of order size, unless the amount is over the specified amount to qualify for free shipping.
International Shipping:
Orders shipped to international destinations will be charged a flat rate of $35.00 USD. You can check out directly on the website by entering your billing and shipping destination on the checkout page. All orders outside the US will be shipped via USPS. Please contact customer service if you are having difficulty with placing an international order at orders@bassassassin.com.
Returns and Backorders:
Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order within 14 days after purchase, please contact our customer service department to be issued a Return Authorization Number. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Merchandise must include a copy of our original invoice or packing slip, and you must have a return authorization directly from us. Shipping and handling are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for returning at the customer's expense.
We make every attempt to keep all items in stock. However, quantities may run out from time to time. If an item is out of stock, the total out-of-stock item will be refunded to the original payment method.
Damages:
All concealed loss or damage claims should be reported immediately to our customer service department. Your claim will be handled in an urgent manner, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Pricing and Specifications:
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors we have made in misprints, photographic, and descriptive copy. Any article may be withdrawn from any current sale at any time.
